Email recauditservices@gmail.com. Tell us your Recaudit ID (Me → your profile), the device you use, and what happened. Screenshots help.
Inside the app, Me → Help & Feedback has answers to common questions and a feedback form. You can follow your request under My Feedback there, and we reply by email.
Frequently asked questions
- Diamonds and purchases. Diamonds are bought through the App Store or Google Play. If a purchase went through but the diamonds did not arrive, email us the time, the amount and the store receipt. Refunds are decided by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play under Order history in the Play Store.
- Signing in. Use the phone number (or Apple ID) you signed up with. If you cannot get in, see Lost access to your account for how we confirm who you are.
- A ban or restriction. Me → Safety Center shows what was issued and when it ends. If you think it is a mistake, send feedback under App Error or Operations, or email us.
- Your data. Me → Settings → Account management → Download my data gives you a copy of your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
- Deleting your account. You can delete it yourself in the app. See Delete your account for the steps and what is removed.
Report abuse
To report a person or a live room, open their profile, the live room, or your chat with them, tap the menu and choose Report. You can Block them from the same menu. Reports go to our moderation team and the person you report is not told who reported them.
You can also email recauditservices@gmail.com with the subject Report, the other person's Recaudit ID, and what happened and when. What is allowed on Recaudit is set out in the Community Guidelines and the Code of Conduct.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
