Delete it in the app
- Open Recaudit and sign in.
- Go to Me and tap Settings.
- Tap Account management.
- Under Account ownership, tap delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Before you do, you may want to:
- Withdraw your beans. Unwithdrawn beans, diamonds and any pending withdrawal request are removed with the account.
- Keep a copy of your data. In the same Account management screen, Download my data gives you a zip of your profile, posts, messages, gifts and purchases.
What is deleted
As soon as you confirm, we delete your account and the data attached to it, including:
- your sign-in details (phone number, email, Apple sign-in link; an Apple sign-in token is revoked with Apple first);
- your profile: name, username, Recaudit ID, date of birth, photos, avatar, cover and profile details;
- your posts and live streams, room chat you wrote, and the photos and files you uploaded;
- your direct messages and their attachments — for both people in the conversation;
- follows, blocks, family and fan-group memberships, Realmatch likes and matches, visits and notifications;
- your diamond and bean balances and their history, VIP status, items, coupons and promotions;
- settings, devices, identity-verification records, and any data-export file you requested.
What is kept, and for how long
- Recordings and clips of your lives are removed automatically within about 31 days (their 30-day expiry plus one day).
- Recordings by other hosts in which you appeared as a guest, and clips other viewers made of your lives, belong to them and expire 30 days after the stream.
- Store purchase records (store transaction ID, product, price) are kept without your account ID, so that refunds, chargebacks and accounting can be handled.
- Reports you filed or that were filed about you are kept with both names removed, for safety and moderation.
- Our staff audit log keeps entries for moderation actions that referred to your account.
- Gifts you sent stay in the receiver's history, shown without your name.
- Outside our database: emails you sent to support stay in our support mailbox, and our service providers (payments, crash reporting, email and SMS delivery, hosting) keep their own logs for their own retention periods.
Our Privacy Policy describes the data we hold while your account exists.
Lost access to your account
If you can no longer sign in, email recauditservices@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. Send it from the email address on the account if it has one, and include the phone number you signed up with and your Recaudit ID if you know it.
Before deleting anything we confirm that the account is yours — for example with a code sent to that phone number or email address. We then delete it exactly as the in-app option does and reply to tell you it is done.
